We endeavour to get our products to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 13:30 should be sent within 2 working days and where this is not possible it will be outlined in the product description or we will contact you as soon as possible.

Our shipping rates are subject to change. It may be necessary to charge differently than the final postage costs, if this is the case we contact you to arrange further payment of additional shipping costs before your goods are sent out.

Some goods will require a signature on delivery so please ensure someone is able to sign for your goods or this could delay your receipt of them.

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise due our carrier damaging/losing/delaying the delivery of your product but we will endeavour to investigate issues.
